Tenant Admin = compliance lead at the customer org. Worker = employee filling registers. Global Admin (below) = RegisterHub platform staff — sign in with email + password.

Microsoft Entra group membership is the source of tenant access. Removing a user from their mapped group revokes RegisterHub access on next sign-in.
